Car wash equipment maintenance requests and customer feedback for multi-site car wash chains

How it works today

Customers drive away instead of reporting

A vacuum with no suction or a kiosk that will not take a card does not get reported. The customer just leaves.

Sites run with few staff

One attendant cannot watch every bay. Faults are found late, often by the next customer.

Sites are hard to compare

Without requests per machine by site, the busiest wash always looks like it has the most trouble.

Setting up a site

An afternoon, not a project

No register to build first. Print blank numbered labels, stick them on, then name each one by scanning it.

1

Print blanks

Pick a site and a number. They come out numbered and ready.

2

Stick them on

No decisions yet. Just get them on the equipment.

3

Scan and name

Scanning a blank label offers to set it up. Name it, save, next.

4

Live from there

Anyone who scans it can now report a problem against it.

The reports

Where repairs pile up, site by site

Raw counts only rank your sites by size. Requests per piece of equipment is the number that survives comparing a small site with a large one.

✓

Typical fix time, not the average

One job that drags on for weeks pulls the average far from a normal repair. The median shows what a typical fix really takes.

✓

What keeps coming back

Reported again within 30 days of being fixed. The number that justifies replacing it.

What you get

✓

Customers report from the car

Scan, pick Out of order, Damaged, Safety issue or Something else, add up to two photos. No app, no account.

✓

Tagged with site and machine

The request names the exact vacuum or bay and the site. Email goes to that site and the account owner.

✓

Techs close jobs on the spot

A signed-in technician scanning the label sees its open requests and can mark it in progress or fixed, with an after photo.

✓

Which site and machine break most

Reports show requests per machine, median fix time and the machines reported again within 30 days of being fixed.

Customer feedback

Feedback campaigns for car washes

Ask customers the same question at every site, and turn a quick scan into a membership enquiry.

How QR code campaigns work ›

✓

Wash quality checks

A Satisfaction Check at the exit or the vacuums: one question, three faces, optional comment. A sad face emails the account owner.

✓

Membership and fleet enquiries

A Lead Capture form collects name, phone, email and company. Each lead emails that site.

✓

Send scans to your sign-up page

A Link campaign sends each site's code to your website or that site's own page. Change the link later without reprinting.

Frequently asked questions

Will labels survive water and chemicals?

Standard labels are printed stickers for dry areas such as kiosks and vacuums. For wet bays and tunnels, we can print, ship and install durable tags for a fee.

Do customers need an app to report a broken vacuum?

No. They scan with the phone camera and a web page opens. It works on iPhone and Android.

Does it connect to our wash controller or POS?

No. There are no integrations, equipment sensors or public API. It relies on people reporting what they see.

Does it schedule routine maintenance like nozzle and brush changes?

No. There is no scheduled or preventive maintenance. It handles reported faults and the repairs that follow.

How are we alerted?

By email to the site and the account owner, and to the technician when a job is assigned. There are no text or push alerts.

Can one technician cover several sites?

Yes. Share the sites they cover and they see those requests, with a My queue filter for jobs assigned to them.

Label one location, run it a month, see whether the numbers tell you something you did not already know.
