Why use NFC review cards

A review card is not a business card. A digital business card shares your contact details. A review card opens your Google review page, so you collect reviews, not contacts.

Works away from the counter

A Google review stand needs a counter. A card goes to the table, the job site, the van and the delivery.

One card per employee

Give every server, technician or rep their own card. See which cards get tapped and which sit in a drawer.

Optional Smart Review

Asks one quick question. Happy customers go to Google in one tap. Anyone else sees a public Google review button and a private message option side by side, and chooses.

Change the link anytime

Moved location? Change which review page the card opens, without reprinting a single card.

Review badges for technicians and field staff

If your team works in customers' homes and buildings, a counter stand won't help. A review card on a lanyard or in a shirt pocket goes with them.

Ask at the end of the job

The best time to ask for a review is right after the work is done, while the customer is pleased. That happens at their door, so the card is there too.

Taps counted per technician

Each card has its own code, so you can see which technician is asking for reviews.

Same dashboard as Maintenance Requests

Already use KudoTaps Maintenance Requests with QR labels on your machines? Review cards show up in the same dashboard, under the same locations.

Frequently asked questions

Do you sell review cards in bulk?

Yes. The biggest pack on the site is five cards. Need more? Tell us how many on the contact page or ask about a corporate account, and we will send you a quote.

Is there a subscription?

Not for the card. You buy it once and it keeps opening your Google review page. Smart Review is optional: free for 90 days, then $3.99 a month per location, billed yearly. QR code plans are on the pricing page.

What else are these called?

NFC review cards, RFID review cards, tap cards, review badges, reputation management cards, or review cards for customers. Same product.

Do customers need an app?

No. The customer taps the card with their phone and the page opens. It works on iPhone and Android phones with NFC, which includes most phones sold in recent years.

Is this right for a small local business?

Yes, and it is the cheapest way to start. One card is $49 with no plan needed. Give it to whoever deals with customers and see if your reviews go up.
