Campaign types
QR code campaign types you can run
A campaign is one thing you want customers to do at every location: answer a quick satisfaction check, fill in a lead form, leave a Google, Yelp or Tripadvisor review with Smart Review, or open a link to your website, social profiles or a payment app.
Satisfaction check
Your question (up to 120 characters) and three faces: happy, okay, sad. The vote saves on the tap, then they can add a comment. Results for each location show where to focus first.
“How clean were the bathrooms today?”
Lead capture
A short form after the scan, with your own headline and button. Pick up to 7 fields: name, email, phone, date of birth, address, company, message. You see which location collected each lead, and the location gets an email for each one.
Sign-ups, waitlists, quote requests
Link: website or menu
Send people to any web page. Each location can have its own link, and you can change the links later without reprinting.
Menus, booking pages, offers
Link: social profiles
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn. Each location's code can open that location's own account.
More followers for each branch
Link: payments
Venmo or Cash App for each location, so tips and payments reach the right account.
Counter, table or driver codes
Smart Review: Google, Yelp or Tripadvisor
One review QR code per location, each opening that location's own Google, Yelp or Tripadvisor page. Customers can leave a public review, or send you a private message instead. Nobody is stopped from posting a public review. Included in the Marketing plan.
