Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the labor and resources required to reset and reconfigure each item to its original condition. The restocking fee applies to all returns, regardless of the reason for return.

Shipping Costs
While we offer free shipping on all purchases, a $7.95 fee will be deducted from the final refund amount for returns. This fee helps offset the shipping and handling costs associated with the initial delivery. Shipping the item(s) back to us will be the buyer's responsiblity, no labels will be included.

Damaged or Scratched Items
We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged or scratched. It is essential to thoroughly inspect your purchase upon delivery. If any damage is observed, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the restocking fee and shipping deduction, as applicable.
