Shipping
Your original order shipped free. If you return it, $7.95 is taken off your refund to cover that shipping. Sending the item back is up to you, so pick any carrier you like. We don't include a return label.
Condition
Please send items back in their original condition and packaging. We can't take back items that have been damaged or scratched.
Custom or personalized products, such as custom-branded cards or stands, can't be returned once production has started, unless they arrive faulty.
Check your order when it arrives. If anything shows up damaged, contact us right away.
Your refund
Once the item reaches us and we've checked it, we send your refund within 7 days. You get back what you paid, minus the $7.95 shipping deduction.
