Can I use my own poster design?
Yes. Upload a poster you made in Canva, Illustrator or any design tool. We place each location's own QR code on it, and the rest prints exactly as you designed it.
Is there a KudoTaps mark on the posters?
Posters made in KudoTaps carry a small “Powered by kudotaps.com” line at the bottom, on every plan. If your brand team wants no mark, upload your own design: it prints exactly as you made it, with only each location’s code added.
What file do I upload?
A PNG or JPG. If your design already has a QR code on it, we find it. If not, you mark the spot where the code goes. Your poster prints at its real size, and it is saved as a template your whole team can reuse.
Does every location get its own QR code?
Yes. In a campaign every location gets its own poster with its own unique QR code, so every scan is counted for that location.
How do the posters get to each location?
Each poster is emailed to that location's own email address, or all of them to one address, with a note from you. Any location without an email address is listed before you send. You can also open the print pack to print every poster at once or save it as a PDF.
Can you print the posters for me?
Yes, as an option. We print Letter, 11 x 17, 18 x 24 or 24 x 36 inch posters on paper, laminated, foam board or window cling, 1 to 10 copies per location, shipped to each location or to one address. It is priced per job, so we send you a quote first.
Do I need to reprint if I change the link?
No. Change where a code goes at any time and the posters already on the wall keep working.
