Our story

How KudoTaps started

We started KudoTaps in our own store in Orlando, to get more Google reviews. The review stand on our counter came first, and other businesses soon asked for one too.

Then the questions got bigger. How did customers feel about their visit? Which location is doing best? Which machine keeps breaking? So we built the software to answer them: one QR code per location for QR Campaigns (feedback, reviews and leads) and labels on equipment for Maintenance Requests, all in one account with your stands and cards.

Why everything is organized by location

One total for the whole business hides what each location is doing. When every location has its own code, you can see which ones are doing best and where a little help would go furthest. It is also why our plans are priced per location, not per user.

Start with one location, or all of them

There is a free plan to start. Paid plans are $29 or $59 per location a month, with a 14-day free trial. Running 10 or more locations? Tell us about them and we will send you a price.
