Campaign use case

Compare customer feedback across all your locations

To compare locations fairly, ask the same question, worded the same way, at every site, and look at rates rather than raw counts. KudoTaps puts one QR code per location on a single campaign and gives you a per-location table sorted biggest opportunity first, so you know where a visit will help most.

The problem

Why this is hard today

Busy sites look best on raw numbers

Your biggest location will always have the most responses. Counting answers rewards foot traffic, not experience.

Each region measures it differently

Different cards, different questions, different scales. The results cannot be put in one table.

You find out at the quarterly review

By the time a weak location shows up in a slide deck, it has had months of unhappy customers.

How it works

How compare location performance works with KudoTaps

1

Run one campaign across every location

One Satisfaction Check, Lead Capture or Link campaign, with a code for each location. The question or offer is identical everywhere.

2

Place codes the same way at each site

Same poster, same spot (for example, the checkout counter). If one site hides the poster, its numbers will show it.

3

Open the per-location table

The campaign report lists every location with its scans and results. For a Satisfaction Check it is sorted lowest positive rate first. Switch between 30 days, 90 days and all time, and click any column to re-sort.

4

Compare against the previous period

Each location's scans are shown against the previous period, so you can see which sites are getting more attention and which are going quiet.

What you get

What you get

✓

Rates, not just counts

For Satisfaction Checks each location shows its good, okay and poor counts and its positive rate, so small and large sites are compared on the same footing.

✓

Biggest opportunity first

Satisfaction results are sorted with the lowest positive rate at the top. Link campaigns are sorted quietest first.

✓

Silent locations stand out

For Link campaigns the report counts locations scanned versus silent. A silent site often means the poster never went up.

✓

Lead comparison

For Lead Capture campaigns, see leads per location, the share of all scans that signed up, and how many locations have collected at least one lead.

✓

CSV export

Export the results to CSV to combine with sales or staffing data in your own spreadsheet.

✓

Filter to one campaign

The reports page can show one campaign at a time, so each comparison stays clean.

Frequently asked questions

Which number should I use to compare locations?

For a Satisfaction Check, use the positive rate (the share of happy answers), and check the number of responses beside it. A location with five answers and a 100% rate is not yet telling you much.

What if one location simply gets more scans?

That is why the table shows rates. Scans and responses tell you about traffic and poster placement; the positive rate tells you about the experience.

Can I see trends week by week?

The campaign report covers the last 30 days, 90 days or all time, and compares scans with the previous period. For your own week-by-week view, export to CSV and chart it in a spreadsheet.

Can I group locations into regions?

Not inside the campaign report. It lists locations individually. Export to CSV if you need to roll results up by region or franchisee.

Can a regional manager see the report?

The Marketing plan includes unlimited users, so you can invite the people who need to see results.

How many locations can one campaign cover?

Up to 500 locations in a single creation run. Run it again to add locations later; only the missing ones are added.
