What counts as a location?

One physical place you run: a gym, a hotel, a restaurant, a building. QR codes, people and equipment do not count as locations. Tag two hundred machines at one site and it is still one location.

Why per location

You pay for each place, not each person

Most people who scan your codes do not work for you. They are customers, guests, members and cleaners. With per-user pricing you would pay for every one of them. With us, you pay once for each place.

  1. Each location has its own QR codes

    Add, change or remove one location's codes without touching the others. Repoint a code and the printed sign keeps working.

  2. Results are reported per location

    Every scan, review, survey answer and lead is filed under the location it came from. You can see which site is doing well and which has the most room to grow.

  3. Equipment is tracked by location

    QR labels, fault reports, fix times and repeat failures are filed under the building the equipment is in.

Why two prices? On a stand, Smart Review is billed yearly per location. On the Free plan you can add it to a QR code instead, at $3.99 a month per code, billed monthly.

Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Your first paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial (once per customer). The Free plan is free for life and needs no card at all.

I only have one location. Is this for me?

Yes. One location on Marketing is $29 a month, and on Operations it is $59. There is no minimum, and everything works the same for one site as for fifty.

Do technicians cost extra?

No. Marketing and Operations include unlimited users, and you can limit each person to the locations they cover. This is the main reason we cost less than a CMMS.

Do equipment labels use up my QR codes?

No. Equipment labels are unlimited on Operations. Tag two hundred machines at a location if that is what it has.

Do customers need an account to report something?

No. They scan with their phone camera and a web page opens. Only your own staff and contractors sign in.

Can different locations be on different plans?

Yes. Put one location on Operations to try it and leave the rest where they are.

Do I need to buy hardware?

No. Every plan works with QR codes you print yourself. Review stands and business cards are optional.

What happens to my codes if I downgrade?

They keep working and keep pointing where you set them. You only lose the features of the plan you left, such as collecting answers and per-location reports.
