Maintenance Requests

Benefits of QR code maintenance requests

Problems get reported the moment someone sees them. Each request arrives with the machine and location, gets fixed with photo proof, and shows up in reports you can compare across locations.

For your team

Benefits for the people fixing things

Less chasing, fewer phone calls, and a clear record of every repair.

Faster reports

Faults reported the moment they happen

Anyone who spots a problem can report it on the spot: customers, members, guests, tenants or staff. You get an email right away, not a note at the end of the shift.

No friction

No app and no account to report

People scan the label with their phone camera and a web page opens. They pick what is wrong and can add up to 2 photos. It works on iPhone and Android.

No back-and-forth

Every request says which machine and where

The request arrives tagged with the machine and the location, and emails the location and the owner. Nobody has to call back to ask which one.

Access

Technicians see only their locations

Share only the locations a technician or contractor covers. With no other permissions, they see Maintenance and nothing else.

Proof

Before and after photos on every repair

Photos stay on the request, and the activity log records who picked it up, what changed and when. You can see the work was done.

Simple pricing

Unlimited equipment and technicians

The Operations plan is $59 per location per month. Label every machine and invite every technician at no extra cost.

For head office

Benefits for managers comparing locations

Know which sites and machines cause the most work, with numbers that are fair to compare.

✓

Fair location comparison

Reports count requests per machine, so a big site does not look worse just for having more equipment.

✓

Repeat failures flagged

Machines reported again within 30 days of a fix are listed, which helps you make the case to replace instead of repair.

✓

Real fix times

See the typical (median) fix time and the slowest 10% of jobs, plus the typical fix time at each location.

What it does not do

It is built for problems people report. A few things it does not do yet:

No scheduled maintenanceNo service schedules, recurring jobs or maintenance calendars.
Email onlyAlerts go by email. No text messages or push notifications.
No integrationsIt does not sync with a CMMS or other software, and there is no public API.
No appEverything runs in the phone's web browser, so it needs a connection.

Maintenance request benefits questions

Who can report a problem?

Anyone with a phone camera: customers, members, guests, tenants or staff. They do not need an app or an account.

Will the person who reported it hear back?

Yes, if they left an email. When the request is resolved as Fixed, Cleaned or Replaced, they get an automatic email. Each location decides whether to show the email field.

Can contractors use it without seeing everything?

Yes. Invite them as a technician and share only the locations they cover. They see those requests and nothing else.

Is it a replacement for a full CMMS?

For faults people report, it can be. It does not do preventive or scheduled maintenance, and it does not connect to other software.

How much does it cost?

$59 per location per month on the Operations plan, with unlimited equipment and technicians. Your first paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Running 10 or more locations? We will quote.
