If a customer rates your service highly, our system will automatically prompt them to share their positive experience on the review platforms you've chosen, such as Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc. Conversely, if they rate you 3 stars or fewer, the system will ask them to submit a complaint or feedback, which is sent directly to you and not made public. This allows you to understand and address any issues promptly, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
