What's the difference between static and dynamic QR codes?
Static QR codes have fixed destinations - once created, they can't be changed. They're great for permanent information.
Dynamic QR codes (what we offer) can be updated anytime without reprinting. They also include scan tracking and analytics. Perfect for marketing campaigns, menus, and business cards.
Is there really a free trial?
Yes! You get a full 14-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card required to start. If you love it (and we think you will), simply add your payment info to continue. If not, no worries - no charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your QR codes will continue to work until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my QR codes if I cancel?
Your QR codes will continue to redirect to their last set destination, but you won't be able to edit them or access analytics without an active subscription. We don't delete your data, so you can always resubscribe and pick up where you left off.
What's the Smart Review feature?
Smart Review is our proprietary feature that helps businesses get more positive reviews. When customers scan, they're asked about their experience. Happy customers are directed to leave a Google review; unhappy customers can provide private feedback first. This has helped businesses like Build My Burger get 71 five-star reviews in just one week!
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual billing saves you money on every plan:
Starter: $99/year vs $120/year monthly ($21 saved)
Business: $180/year vs $240/year monthly ($60 saved)
Unlimited: $1,899/year vs $2,388/year monthly ($489 saved)
Plus, you lock in your rate for the full year!
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade between plans at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my QR code limit?
If you reach your plan's QR code limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade to the next tier. Your existing QR codes will continue to work normally - you just won't be able to create new ones until you upgrade.
